A professional who has a dynamic, energetic personality. Individuals who have a successful record in construction, engineering, or home inspections are possible candidates. Experience in direct sales is plus. Requirements include: bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, excellent communication skills, confidence, self-motivation and a sincere sense of honesty and integrity. This is a career opportunity for construction professionals with preexisting field experience and a burning desire to succeed. The ideal candidate must possess 10–15 years experience in basement waterproofing, a working knowledge of cement finishing, basic plumbing and light carpentry. This position is a long–term career opportunity with tremendous growth potential. Dedication and a willingness to lead by example is a must. Candidate must complete a full and rigorous training program.
